It was an act that was not just for you and I but for ALL NATIONS. Christ’s death and resurrection so that we could know him, live for him, and as is at the forefront of our minds today in Sri Lanka, even die for him, and bring as many people as possible to him while we have the chance.
I am in awe of Jesus today as I reflect on his incredible love and sacrifice for us. He is the resurrection and the life, the only way…in him we live and move and have our being…whether in life or in death, it is ALL for his glory!!
“and He said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ would suffer and rise again from the dead the third day, and that repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things. And behold, I am sending forth the promise of My Father upon you; but you are to stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high.”
