Because of Christ

It was really special to celebrate the resurrection here while doing ministry, keeping at the forefront of my mind the beauty of the redemption and transformation we have in Christ.

The hope and life we have in Christ is unmatched and unattainable through any other outlet or option we might find in this life.

This year the resurrection became a little more real and a little more meaningful to me. It resonated in my heart in a new way as I thought about how Christ has impacted and changed my life and as I began to think about how he desires to do the same thing in so many other lives that have yet to hear about him, yet to truly know him.

“You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭5:6-8‬
